Mathpresso promises to keep the following four points in order to create an environment that everyone on the team can “Do It Now.”

1. We transparently disclose as much information as possible and empower everyone to approach the information.

• Information must be made transparent to everyone in the organization for quick decision making and performance.

• Based on the information disclosed to all members, individuals objectively judge the situation and sometimes provide mutual feedback to recognize and solve(execute) the problem.
• In order to make the information as transparent as possible, we keep as many records as possible to make it accessible to everyone. The reporting/payment system is also in the form of democratic and mutual monitoring system. (For example, payment details of the personal food card are disclosed to everyone.)

2. Anyone can suggest opinions and become a Driver/Leader of performance.

• Driver / Leader is a person who makes results with ownership for what he wants to do. The main role of him / her is to take responsibility of the project.
• You can give feedback to achieve the company’s survival and mission, even if it’s what other teams or other people are doing. We aim to provide different opinions and perspectives based on facts, so that “we” can make more efficient and correct decisions.
• Sometimes, if you disagree with the team leader, you can proceed if you are confident that you want to implement it.
